Exhaust gas treatment

Exhaust gas emitted from industrial production often has harmful effects on the environment and human health. Purification measures should be taken before discharging into the atmosphere to meet the requirements of exhaust gas emission standards. This process is called exhaust gas purification. Commonly used exhaust gas purification methods are: absorption method, adsorption method, condensation method and combustion method.

A complete exhaust gas purification system generally consists of five parts. They are exhaust gas collection devices (gas collection hoods) that capture polluting gases, and pipes that connect each component of the system to purify the polluted gases and provide power for gas flow. Ventilators, making full use of atmospheric diffusion and dilution capabilities to reduce pollution from chimneys.

Gas hood

The capture of pollutants usually refers to the control and collection of pollutant-containing air streams emitted from the open parts of equipment. Through the effective capture of pollutants, to ensure a good surrounding production and living environment, as much as possible to minimize the amount of gas transported and purified, the highest efficiency. The gas hood is a device used to capture pollutants, and its performance has a direct impact on the technical and economic indicators of the local exhaust purification system.

Pipeline

Pipeline is an indispensable part of the exhaust pollution control system. The piping system is used to convey air in the purification system, and the equipment and components of the system are integrated into a whole through the piping. The rational design, construction, and use of piping systems can not only give full play to the effectiveness of control devices, but also directly affect the economic rationality of design and operation.

Purifyer

Gas purification equipment is the core part of the purification system. When the content of pollutants in the exhaust gas exceeds the emission standard, it must be purified before it is discharged into the atmosphere.

Fan

The ventilator is the power unit for gas flow in the purification system. Ventilator is generally placed behind the purification equipment to prevent wear and corrosion of the ventilator.

Chimney

The chimney is the exhaust of the purification system. Because the purified gas still contains a certain concentration of pollutants, these pollutants diffuse, dilute in the atmosphere, and eventually settle to the ground after being discharged from the chimney. In order to ensure that the concentration of ground pollutants does not exceed the ambient air quality standard, the chimney must have a certain height. In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the exhaust gas purification system, necessary auxiliary equipment is often added to the purification system according to the purification treatment object. For example: cooling device, waste heat utilization device when processing high-temperature gas, pipe compensator to meet the thermal expansion and contraction of steel, explosion-proof device when transmitting flammable and explosive gas, and various valves used to adjust the system air volume and pressure balance , Measuring instruments, control instruments and measuring holes for measuring various parameters in the system, used to support and fix pipes, equipment brackets, noise reduction devices used to reduce fan noise, etc.
